Regressive Hypnosis

Regressive hypnosis is a guided journey similar to a deep meditation, in which you are being guided to access information from the subconscious mind: early life memories, past incarnations or from the collective field. In this safe space you uncover the roots of patterns, fears, or emotions you may not fully understand.

Your Regressive Hypnosis Journey

Whether we meet in person or online, you’ll have a private, one-on-one space. If we connect online, you’ll need a quiet, safe spot, a strong internet connection, and clear audio so we can hear each other with ease.

You’ll bring a question, topic, or theme you’d like to explore—something your heart or mind has been curious about. We have a brief discussion about your topic and life events and go into induction (deep dive into the meditative state).

My role is to hold the space for you, free from judgment, and guide you steadily as your mind drifts into the calm, dreamy rhythm of theta brainwaves—the place between waking and sleeping. Here thoughts become soft, inner worlds open, and answers rise with surprising clarity. If emotions surface during your journey we take as much time as needed for you to process them.

Before we meet: avoid alcohol and stimulants for 24 hours, and if you tend to be very analytical or find it hard to relax, try a few short guided meditations in the days before: they’ll help your mind slip more easily into the peaceful flow of the session.
