Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Leeza Kaufman (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By booking or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

 

I offer:

• Massage therapy (including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and myofascial release)

• Kundalini activation sessions

• Regressive and other hypnosis-based sessions

• Retreats that may combine any of the above services with group activities, workshops, and other wellness practices

All services, including retreats, are intended for personal wellness, relaxation, and self-discovery. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Booking and Payment

​

• All sessions are by appointment only.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.

• For online sessions, you must have a stable internet connection, functioning audio, and a quiet, private space.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

• Cancellations for sessions must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund, each retreat has specific set of terms and conditions depending on the length and location.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged in full.

• If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the next available time or a full refund.

Client Responsibilities

 

By booking a session, you confirm that:

 

• You are at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent/guardian.

• You will disclose any relevant health conditions (physical or mental) that could affect your participation.

• You understand that you remain responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during and after the session.

Health & Safety

 

• I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if I believe it may be unsafe for you to proceed.

• You can not participate in any of the sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

• If you experience any discomfort during a massage, kundalini activation, or hypnosis session, you agree to inform me immediately.

Waiver & Acknowledgement of Potential Effects

Kundalini activation and hypnosis sessions may result in significant shifts in perception, emotions, and overall awareness. You may experience strong emotional release, changes in how you view past experiences, or altered states of consciousness. These processes can sometimes involve spontaneous physical responses such as muscle twitching, shaking, stretching, or other body movements. By participating, you acknowledge these possibilities and confirm that you are willing to engage in the session with full awareness of these potential effects. You agree that you are solely responsible for your experience and that you will communicate with me during the session if at any point you feel unsafe or wish to stop.

Confidentiality

 

• All personal and health information shared will remain confidential, in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

• Massage and hypnosis and private kundalini activation sessions are private and one-on-one; no third parties may attend without prior consent.

 

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

 

• Results from massage, kundalini activation, and hypnosis vary from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

• You acknowledge that these services are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatments.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in my services.

 

Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA and Portugal, depending on where the service is provided. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
